01-Analysis:

Need to better represent the effects of the transit line in terms of actual and perceived energy and its relation to the site.

Need to study the train line in more detail (ridership, distance between stops, larger view of the transit corridor, etc.).

Need to look at precedents for rail/trail corridor planning.

Explore how the existing space along the regional rail corridor can be used as a farm for energy

Explore how revitalizing the rail corridor would impact the greater community and potentially tie into other revitalization programs happening (i.e. Lancaster Ave.).

Explore how energy is used along the train line, and how my program could provide a surplus for the community.
