Very early stages of the conceptual massing exercise. I began by creating a model base that can be reconfigured based on the various block layouts.

For this initial design exploration, I am looking at an infrastructure heavy design scheme that allows for future infill in order to create an elevated rear courtyard between buildings. The elevated courtyard allows for parking below, and the possibility of future expansion above.
