Site Sections

Program Section (below). Community and commercial spaces will be located along active corridors. Residential spaces will weave through these active corridors, but will remain primarily on smaller, quieter streets.

Energy Section (below). Energy from the sun will be converted into electricity through a variety of canopies and roof mounted P.V. arrays.

Water Section (below). A combination of bio swales and pervious paving will help to restore the natural hydrologic cycle. Where possible, rain water will be collected and stored for use throughout the neighborhood.

Social Section (below). This section highlights the social energy at the street.
